Request for Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services Related to FEMA DR-4705-HMGP and 2023 Flood Mitigation Assistance Program (RFQ-2023-06-HMGP-FMA)
The Orange County Drainage District is soliciting engineering services related to the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program sponsored by the Federal Emergency Management Administration (“FEMA”) as administered by the Texas Department of Emergency Management (“TDEM”) for eligible mitigation projects.
Interested engineering service providers are invited to submit statements of qualifications in accordance with the solicitation documents below.
