OCDD Tax Abatement Policy
The Orange County Drainage District is required to renew its OCDD Tax Abatement Policy every two (2) years. The Policy was recently renewed for the upcoming two (2) year cycle. Generally, the District considers tax abatement requests as filed through the Orange County Economic Development Corporation (“EDC”) with the assistance of Orange County, Texas. Interested persons should direct their initial requests to the EDC.

The District shares this goal while simultaneously protecting and improving the drainage infrastructure serving local residents, commercial developments and industry within the County.
